The Investor/Borrower Coordinator position is now available in
Washington, DC at the Institute for Community Economics (ICE), an
affiliate of the National Housing Trust. ICE is a CDFI that pioneered
the development of community land trusts in the U.S. and has been
lending nationally for the development of shared equity housing for over
30 years. Socially responsible investors provide the majority of our
lending capital.

The Position Summary states in part: The I/B Coordinator will engage
ICE's two core customer groups and primary sources of support: Socially
responsible investors and affordable housing borrowers. Core activities
will include relationship development, program management and
administration. The position will work closely with ICE's Director
across our full mission to facilitate growth and innovation in a rapidly
changing industry.
