POSITION: Senior Relationship Manager for Santa Fe Business Campaign for Homeownership ABOUT HOMEWISE: The mission of Homewise is to help working New Mexicans become successful homeowners in order to achieve financial security, strengthen families and increase the economic and social vitality of our communities. Please visit www.homewise.org to learn more about our organization. REPORTS TO: Director of Resource Development and Communications GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To interface with the local business community, including existing business partners as well as new prospects, in order to increase the number of customers (intakes) for home purchase, refinance and home improvement services of Homewise. 2. Work with marketing to develop messaging for the campaign materials and the presentation to new businesses 3. Conduct community outreach to promote the services of Homewise. 4. Utilize the Homewise data base to produce reports on the campaign, develop campaign strategies and track success of campaign partners. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Strong presentation and organizational skills 2. Proactive thinking and ability to develop strategies around mission 3. Sales and marketing knowledge 4. Outreach experience 5. Self-starter and team player 6. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills 7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office 8. Bachelor's degree or related experience. 9.
