Hi All- I am trying to track down a diagram, which I think was created by one of the CDFIs, that illustrates the dual financial services system. It basically had two paths, showing how more advantaged people have access to banks, etc., and less advantaged end up using fringe financial services. I´ve tried every search I can think of on Google and still can´t find it. Does anyone have any idea what I´m talking about and, if so, can you send me a link? Thanks very much- Lisa Servon Lisa J. Hi All- Thanks to Matt Davis, I've found what I was looking for. Many, many of you requested a copy so I am posting the link below. If you use it, please give credit to Alternatives Federal Credit Union. http://www.alternatives.org/img/profiles/14b.jpg Thank you! Lisa Lisa J. P.S. The diagram is called The Credit Path, and more information about the path and its stages (which are not necessarily sequential!) can be found on our website at http://www.alternatives.org/creditpath.html cheers, Leslie ===---==---==---==---===<<<>>>===---==---==---==---== Leslie Ackerman Business CENTS Director Alternatives Federal Credit Union 125 N. And, a research report about The Credit Path, based on a survey of 900 Alternatives customers, can be found here http://tinyurl.com/2czkkpz, and reveals the often-non-sequential stages that Leslie mentions below. ________________________________ From: bounce-7469280-13419081@list.cornell.edu [mailto:bounce-7469280-13419081@list.cornell.edu] On Behalf Of Leslie Ackerman Sent: Monday, November 29, 2010 1:38 PM To: communitydevelopmentbanking-l@list.cornell.edu Subject: Re: Found the diagram!
