All, Does anyone have experience with fundraising in the States for a nonprofit (NGO) that is to be started/run in India? I'm wondering what the legal implications are of doing so. Also, is anyone familiar with the NGO registration process in India (termed FCRA)? Thanks, Radhika -- Radhika Batra Master of Public Administration 2010 Columbia University | School of International and Public Affairs rbatra2010@sipa.columbia.edu "Living at risk is jumping off the cliff and building your wings on the way." - Ray Bradbury |
