Dear Community: There is a family who lived in their home for centuries in the Richmond VA area and are experiencing foreclosure. They made a bid to the bank, and the bank refused to recognize the family's bid. The home is in the later phase of foreclosure. What type of assistance is available to this family? Thanks, Hiba Abdallah |
