Mortgage Origination Manager
Location: Delray Beach, FL

The Mortgage Originations Manager will plan, organize, staff, direct and
evaluate the mortgage origination processing and underwriting activities
for first and second mortgages.

Job Requirements:

Prior management experience with a minimum of three years experience in
the related field.

Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting mortgage lending.

Extensive Underwriting skills.

Experience or knowledge with FNMA, FHA and Mortgage Modifications.
