We are currently seeking a Loan Administration Manager with hands on experience to manage the loan documentation and loan operations functions at City First Bank. PRIMARY DUTIES * This position will be responsible for quality control of the loan administration and operations function and performs periodic oversight review of loan documentation and should stay current on policies and regulations and incorporate them into procedures as necessary. * This position also ensures the Bank is in full compliance with all commercial lending laws and regulations through the creation of a compliance culture. In collaboration with other Bank managers, advises, recommends, identifies and implements sustainable processes and systems necessary to ensure Bank compliance. * This position is responsible for managing, leading, training and developing staff in a customer focused and team oriented manner in conjunction with the City First Core Values (Teamwork, Integrity, Accountability, Excellence and Respect). EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a four (4) year college or university or equivalent work experience. * Seven (7) years work related experience in a bank administration and operations arena. Must have managed a documentation and/or operations department to include management of commercial lending documentation function, operations and supervision of staff. Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements is required. * Strong technical skills in Fidelity systems are required to include ability to create and manage reports.
