Federal Reserve Debunks the CRA, Brown People, Freddie and Fannie as the culprit for

Today, the McClatchy report looks at data from a recent report from the Federal Reserve that shows lack of oversight for private sector financial houses as the greatest responsibility in the current meltdown--CRA has little to nothing to do with it and "surprisingly" neither do Freddie and Fannie.
