As a national intermediary we use TEA to its fullest and we highly
recommend it to all the local groups we provide TA/T to, invest in, etc.
We have looked and continue to look at other software packages and find
it the most comprehensive, but as with any dynamic software, you must
get trained, keep training and use it all to the fullest - garbage in,
garbage out.

OFN has a loan tracking software report in their online store. The
report is based on user-surveys of TEA, Downhome, Nortridge, Portfol,
and about 5 other packages. The report is free to download if you take
the survey prior.
