City First Bank of DC is currently seeking qualified candidates to join us in the following roles: Relationship Manager, Commercial Real Estate The Real Estate Relationship Manager (RM) is primarily responsible for soliciting new business and managing relationships for the bank's real estate customers and prospects. These responsibilities also include all phases of loan and deposit production, including lead generation, underwriting, closing, relationship management, and portfolio monitoring. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least ten (10) years commercial real estate experience in a lending capacity with a financial institution and should have in depth underwriting capabilities. (Formal credit training preferred). Sr. Underwriting Specialist The Senior Underwriting Specialist is responsible for reviewing loan applications from individuals and businesses, calculating the credit risk, and recommending a decision on the application. Qualified candidates will be Bachelor's degree and at least ten (10) years experience in Banking centered in financial analysis, deal structuring, and relationship and loan processing management, with a minimum of 4 years underwriting varied and complex commercial and commercial real estate credit transactions. Financial Reporting Manager This position will be responsible for establishing and providing overall reporting and financial analysis capabilities in the areas of budgeting, forecasting and asset/liability management to the Bank and its affiliates, including the accurate and timely dissemination of Bank and holding company historical financial results and related analyses. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of five (5) years financial reporting experience in a financial institution.
