POSITION DESCRIPTION

Functional Title: Senior Relationship Manager -
National Nonprofit
Lending
(CCC)
CCD: Vice President

Business Responsibilities

* Proactively market to existing and potential
National Lending
Customers to source new business opportunities.
* Lead deal team in structuring, underwriting,
negotiating and
closing complex structured finance transactions.
* Manage bank group for syndicated transactions pre
and post
closing.
* Manage assigned portfolio including completion of
annual
reviews, problem recognition and remediation
activities.
* Where applicable, manage and develop Analysts,
including
providing deal structuring and problem solving
expertise/guidance.
* Partner with Risk Management for National Lending
product set.
* Proactively identify cross sell opportunities.

External Responsibilities

* Represent Citibank at external community
development
events/conferences.
* Attend and participate as subject matter expert at
Citibank
sponsored programs.

Qualifications

* 3-7 years community development lending/commercial
banking
experience
