JOB SUMMARY:
The Loan Portfolio Manager supports the CFO in all aspects of servicing the loan portfolios of Baltimore Community Lending and its related entities. Responsibilities include monitoring the disbursement and collection of loan funds, reconciling portfolio balances and related escrow activity, analyzing and processing construction draw requests, conducting periodic credit and administrative review on all portfolio loans, and projecting future cash sources/uses as they relate to the loan portfolio(s). * MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics or the equivalent in work experience. At least three (3) years recent experience required in commercial/multifamily real estate loan transactions, underwriting, construction loan administration and loan workouts or asset management. Bank credit training is a plus.* * Salary commensurate with experience.
