Re the furore over HR 1151

I say, chaps and chapesses, the world does extend beyond the bounds of the
USA, you know. So a bit of backgrounder to some of the jargon would be
useful, or avoidance of jargon in postings altogether. Not a bad rule to
apply generally for everyone: i.e define your terms at least once a
posting if using abbreviations.

What is CRA?

What is HR 1151 (obviously a bill to do with Credit Unions, but what
specifically?).

I dunno, ruddy Yanks. Did you hear the one about the Senator who asked
