Good Afternoon,

I am an Australian seeking to gain employment that offers opportunities to
work internationally on community and/or economic development projects.
Particular areas of interest include special projects and microfinance/
microcredit project review, development and management.

My Skills and experience include:

* Six years experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander people, organisations and communities, including remote areas such
as the Torres Strait in Australia.
* Demonstrated experience in policy formulation, review and advice
related to economic and business development programs.
* Experience in the delivery of small business finance, advice and
support programs to disadvantaged groups.
* Experience in negotiating and dealing with governments at all
levels.
* Experience in project management, contracting and developing
tenders.
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely.
* Knowledge of international microfinance/microcredit models and
organisations.
* Post graduate qualification in Master of Business Administration.
* Ability to lead and manage teams.
* Lived and/or worked overseas in countries such as Bangladesh, South
Africa, Nauru and Papua New Guinea.
