Dear you,

I don't know of any website where you could find that information But in the
meantime maybe some VERY basic (and not 100% up-to-date) information from
the INAISE "Member Profiles" could help ...

SOUTH SHORE BANK


The primary purpose of South Shore Bank is neighbourhood development and
renewal. The beneficiaries are low to moderate income residents on Chicago s
South and West sides, focusing on the communities of South Shore, Chatham,
Austin and Woodlawn.

Background
In 1972 Shorebank Corporation, a regulated bank holding company, was
incorporated under the law of the State of Illinois. It was designed as a
model for how permanent, development financial institutions could renew
neighbourhoods and so profitably.

Structure
The Corporation s principal subsidiary, The South Shore of Chicago is 99%
owned by corporations, philanthropic organisatios and individuals from
around the country. Other Chicago-based companies include: City Lands
Corporation, Chicago Neighborhood Institute, Shorebank Capital Fund and
Shorebank Advisory Services. Outside of Chicago, Shorebank owns and operates
Cleveland Development. Bancorporation and Shore Bank & Trust Company
(Cleveland, Ohio), North Coast Bidco, Inc. and Northem Initiatives
(Michigan s Upper Penisula), and Shore Trust Tradig Group (Washington
State).

Activities
South Shore Bank is engaged in the general commercial banking business and
provides a variety of financial products.
- Commercial Banking: working capital, refinancing, equipment purchase,
plant acquisition and expansion loans, asset-based loans
- Real Estate Banking: single and multi-family mortgage, housing
rehabilitation, refinancing loans.
- Non-Profit & Community Organization: cheking, savings and time deposit
accounts; community organisation loans.
- Retail and Personal Banking: cheking and saving accounts; time deposit
(CD); Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs); personal loans; home
improvement loans; education loans ; home equity loans .
