[Commdev] eco-efficiency of commercial borrowers

This past year we had a UNC biz school intern look into how various CDFIs encourage their commercial borrowers to be more eco-friendly and eco-efficient.  Thanks to those who responded to a request for info on the listserv or spoke with us by phone.  We have put our learnings into a brief white paper; the paper is an annotated list of practices at eleven CDFIs and includes web resources.  BTW, based on all this, Self-Help is piloting a simple two page insert into our commercial loan application packet, designed to educate our borrowers about these issues.  This will be a first step for us.
