Primary services include RSF’s lending program, advisory and educational services, philanthropic and investment fund management services and grant-making.
RSF’s lending program is run by the Program Finance Office (PFO), which is currently seeking to fill the position of Senior Program Finance Officer.* This is a key leadership position within the PFO and RSF, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone aspiring to apply his/her significant professional experience, creative capacity, commercial lending expertise and deep relationship skills to support a social mission dedicated to a more just and sustainable world.

This, coupled with RSF’s recent significant growth, translates into an ideal opportunity for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have:
·****** A minimum of 3-5 years relevant commercial transaction lending experience, including cash flow based credit analysis skills, ideally familiar with both for-profit and non-profit borrowers, and commercial loan structuring experience, ideally with some experience in the community lending / development field.

RSF offers a competitive compensation package that includes employer-paid medical, dental, and long-term disability insurance, along with a retirement savings plan and a starting salary tbd based upon experience. RSF is an equal opportunity employer.
