Default Positions Available: Lending & Investment

The National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions, a leading
national CDFI intermediary, is seeking to fill two positions for our
Capitalization Program.

The Capitalization Program, one of the oldest programs of its kind, raises
funds from foundations, banks, social investors, and government and invests
these in community development credit unions (CDCUs), which serve low-income
communities across the U.S. Our current portfolio of more than $20 million
is invested in 120 CDCUs nationwide. We provide our member institutions
with deposits, loans, and grants.

The Capitalization Program Director is responsible for overall portfolio
management, underwriting, reporting, marketing, and related functions.
He/she also supervises the Federation's newly establish CDCU Mortgage
Center(tm) and our research unit. This is a senior position, reporting to
the Executive Director. Management experience and lending or investing
experience required.

The Financial Analyst assists and reports to the Capitalization Program
Director. He/she performs initial underwriting of applicant credit unions,
performs due diligence, manages disbursements, and prepares reports. Credit
training and experience preferred.

For full job descriptions: please visit our web site, www.cdcu.coop. The
Federation is an equal opportunity employer.
