We assist health centers and primary care associations in accessing capital for building and equipment purchases, and provide extensive technical assistance throughout the entire capital development process, from initial idea through completion of a new facility or implementation of new equipment. Investment Director

In this newly developed position, Capital Link* seeks a full-time, experienced professional with strong ability to raise capital, structure, evaluate and close complex financings utilizing New Markets Tax Credits and other tax-driven financing mechanisms. Working to benefit community health centers nationally, the position requires a specific focus on implementing Capital Link’s GO Zone NMTC Program and, to the extent Capital Link’s own NMTC allocation is insufficient, working with other CDEs to structure NMTC deals on behalf of health center clients. The position will also offer the opportunity to raise and deploy other forms of capital to meet niche market needs for community health centers nationally. Reporting directly to Capital Link’s Chief Executive Officer,*the selected candidate*will be part of the senior leadership team that sets direction and develops strategies for accomplishment of Capital Link’s goals and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience raising and deploying capital and significant experience working with the NMTC Program. Lending or community development financing experience is*strongly preferred.

(2) Project Consultants-Space Planning

Capital Link is seeks two full-time, experienced professionals with strong operational, planning, analytical and communications skills to provide consulting and technical assistance to nonprofit community health centers, primary care associations (PCAs) and other similar organizations nationwide with respect to planning for health center building and equipment projects. These postions involve working with individual health centers and related organizations to assist them in analyzing and planning for their facility/space needs within the overall context of their strategic plans, market demand and organizational financial capacity. In addition, the selected professionals will work with other Capital Link team members to develop planning and capital project management resources to advance the knowledge available to the community health center field.
Reporting to the Project Consultant, Program and Facility Planning Leader; specific responsibilities include working independently, as a Project Lead and/or member of specific Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of practice management, health care planning, and health care architecture &/or facility design experience and/or related consulting experience.* Experience in planning for and managing capital development projects in a primary care setting is required. Travel is up to 35%. Salary range for the Project Consultants is 60-70K.
