resource. Since 1994, this list has served community development practitioners
including Credit Unions, Banks, CDCs, Loan Funds, trade associations,
regulators, governments and partner non-profits. The discussions have ranged
from the practical (construction, mortgage, and small business lending; job
opportunities, conferences, fundraising) to legislative (CRA, HMDA, and CDFI) to

Loan Accounting Software
We are a medium sized CDFI providing lending for affordable housing, water
wastewater and community facilities throughout the 12 western states. Through our travels and working with various smaller CDFI's and non profit Loan Funds we have been asked a number of times about Loan Accounting Software. we were unable to find a suitable program "off the shelf" and are currently in the process of developing our own through a grant from CDFI.
