REFERENCE SPECIALIST

Aspen Systems Corporation, an employee-owned information management
company, has an opening for a Reference Specialist, duties include
responding to telephone inquires for housing information. Collect
Statistics, for reporting to agency, for weekly/monthly reports. Key
requests and fulfil orders. Candidate must have a BA/BS in housing or
government related field. This position also requires good oral and
written communication skills, experience working with computers, and
customer service skills.
