Introduction, plus request
I am new to the list, but am familiar with community lending efforts and
would like to know of any practices designed to promote computer ownership among low-income families, such as subsidized or offset interest charges. Feel free to reply privately. Digital Vision is a nonprofit coalition of organizations committed to increasing computer access, skills and training. Our coalition includes neighborhood development groups, social service organizations, labor unions, business and technology professional organizations. Thanks for the insight.
