The HR Manager for our growing Community Development Financial Institution will be someone who can juggle the administrative functions of personnel with innovative policy development, while dealing effectively with employees.

The responsibilities of the HR Manager are to ensure that personnel and training functions are uniformly applied, operate within the policies and guidelines established, and comply with regulations.* Major activities include: hiring, training and development, policy development, payroll and benefit administration. In addition to administration, HR Manager works to improve morale and productivity, limit job turnover, effectively use employee skills, provide training opportunities to enhance those skills, and boost employees’ satisfaction with their jobs and working conditions. This person will report to the CEO or the COO.
