In partnership with Pacific Community Ventures and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance is holding a one day workshop entitled,
"Double Bottom Line Investing: An Introduction to the CDVC Approach". Register today! The day includes sessions presented by the field's most successful and experienced visionaries and CDVC fund managers. A Harvard Business School case study will be presented covering the formation and growth of Northeast Ventures, Inc. - one of the first CDVC funds in the country. This workshop is targeted at anyone interested in how equity investing can create social and financial returns. Particularly community development practitioners, investors, finance professionals, policy makers and others who are interested in using equity tools in innovative ways to benefit distressed communities and low-income individuals. Participants will get a comprehensive overview of the rapidly growing field of CDVC and have an opportunity to engage with some of the most experienced CDVC practitioners.
