Default Follow up on Source of commercial deposit funds and for loan

Hi Folks,

It has been almost two months since I posted my request for
information on the above. Unbelievably, I had been getting responses
through last week!

Some of it was helpful, some of it was not. Probably, at least in
part, due to the way I phrased my request, many people did not get
that I was looking for an intermediary that could both take the
deposits AND make the pre-development loans.

I have compiled almost all the responses in unparsed form and would
be happy to send it to anyone who requested it. Send your request to
me directly and not to the list.

In the subject line write the word, INTERMEDIARY. This will make your
request easy to spot in the 100+ email communications I receive per
day.

This is a fabulous list and I deeply appreciate everyone's desire to
help. I hope that Bill Myers feels deeply gratified and appreciated
for the incredible contribution this list has made to community
development banking.

Warmest regards,

Jim Frazin
