Default RE: Information on NDC EDFP Cert Program?

Original message from: KGross@cityfirstbank.com

I don't know if the certification makes one more employable or affects salary, but the training is awesome. When you finish the course, you really do have a strong working knowledge of how to finance projects. Of the various trainings I've attended, the NDC courses are the best in my opinion.

I took the NDC courses a little over 20 years ago. Our Council of Governments was starting an SBA 504 program. The NC Department of Commerce subsidized the tuition. It is my understanding that BB&T now provides scholarships to non-profits that are interested in the training. I was impressed with the instructors. They were very knowledgeable and great communicators. The course work was intense and required homework. I highly endorse the NDC training.
