DUTIES:
The OSCUI Deputy Director will:

-Provide administration and direction to specific OSCUI functions
including Outreach and Partnerships, Loan and Grants and Accounting
and Budgeting.
-Exercise executive leadership, direction, coordination, and control
over staff in the office of Small Credit Union initiatives who have
the responsibility to establish and implement programs and procedures
to carry out NCUA's responsibility as the designated administrator
and controller of the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund (CDRLF).
-Establish and provide oversight of the CDRLF. Serve as the liaison
on these programs with politically sensitive groups, credit unions,
trade groups and other interested stakeholders relating to the
supervision, development, and implementation of the OSCUI program.
-Manage and coordinate OSCUI's marketing outreach programs;develop
and implement strategic marketing plans.
-Establish liaison relationships with relevant external parties and
represent the agency with members of the Congress.
-Direct the work of OSCUI through subordinate supervisors and managers.
