Default Anyone use CDBG guarantees for CDFI?

Original message from: shawn@ogdenreinvestment.org

Has anyone used or are using CDBG based guarantees for a CDFI loan pool?

Our local municipality has pledged support but is getting tripped on whether
or not the job creation is required for 1) a CDFI acquiring CDBG loans with
a recourse guarantee to the CDBG, and 2) guaranteeing new CDFI loans.

Thanks,

Shawn Beus
