Good Day All:

The Center for Rural Affairs <http://www.cfra.org/> located in Nebraska is
in the front end of applying for CDFI certification and is in the process of
forming a subsidiary corporation that will house the CDFI. The Center for
Rural Affairs will need to develop a management/staffing contract between
the subsidiary corporation and the Center for Rural Affairs and is looking
for samples of management contracts.



If you have a management contract and willing to share, please send to
