Diagram on Dual Financial Services System

Hi All-

I am trying to track down a diagram, which I think was created by one of
the CDFIs, that illustrates the dual financial services system. It
basically had two paths, showing how more advantaged people have access
to banks, etc., and less advantaged end up using fringe financial
services. I´ve tried every search I can think of on Google and still
can´t find it. Does anyone have any idea what I´m talking about and, if
so,
can you send me a link?
