Default Flex Schedule

Original message from: Ashley.Aubrey@asifcu.com

Good afternoon:

As a quickly evolving federal credit union, ASI Federal Credit Union is
in the process of updating some of its Human Resource policies and
procedures to more effectively employ and retain talent. One policy we
are re-working at the moment is our Hourly Schedule. We are very
interested in establishing flex scheduling for our employees and would
like to know if anyone currently has a flex policy in place.

Your thoughts and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Please reply
separately to ashley.aubrey@asifcu.com.

Many thanks,

Ashley M. Aubrey

Default RE: Flex Schedule

Original message from: AHartman@sacu.com

Ashley,

I'd love to see responses from the group also. We don't use flex
scheduling in our retail/call center environments but do have flex
schedules at manager discretion in our back-office functions.

Thanks for your question,

Amy
