RFQ for Tracking Housing Counseling Outcomes Nonprofit housing counseling agencies providing foreclosure prevention assistance struggle to meet the ever-growing demand for their services, even as they are under the constant threat of significant funding cutbacks. To counter the growing backlog of pending or active cases, the Baltimore Neighborhood Collaborative and the Baltimore Homeownership Preservation Coalition are partnering on a joint initiative to provide the needed additional capacity for performing client follow-up and streamlining the process of tracking and reporting outcomes at seven housing counseling agencies in Baltimore City. We are soliciting letters of interest from qualified consultants to perform this work. The deadline for submissions is Friday, January 20th 2012. To learn more about this initiative, please see our Request for Qualifications which is available online at: http://www.bncbaltimore.org/uploaded..._rfq_final.pdf Questions?
