Reserve your Webinar seat now at: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/675028377 Outcome data are critical to an organization's ability to develop and improve programs, demonstrate impact and attract and retain funding. Microenterprise Development Organization (MDO) mission-driven success is increasingly defined as longer term outcomes for clients and their communities; jobs created and retained; businesses started, expanded, and sustained; and increased household income and assets due to business ownership and revenue. This webinar introduces the practical and visionary steps for improving the use of mission-driven outcomes for microenterprise development organizations and clients. Webinar participants will learn what it takes to build high integrity, internal monitoring and evaluation systems that successfully 'make-the-case' and support continuous program improvement by exploring the purpose and practice of measuring success to two MDO practitioners-an established rural organization and the other a younger urban program. Participants will take-a-way examples of reports and data collection tools such as MicroTest, knowledge of existing best practices resources, and an action plan for making Measuring Success a reality in their own programs. The webinar will be led by Marian Doub of Friedman Associates. Marian is nationally respected for her expertise in building high-integrity integrated systems for measuring success and promoting best practices to build the internal capacity of community-based nonprofits and their supporters to have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. She will be joined by Alex Forrester, COO of Rising Tide Capital and Nancy Swift, Executive Director of the Jefferson Economic Development Institute.
