The Cooperative Fund of New England has arranged for a National Development Council training program on November 10, 2009 in Concord, NH. The NDC one day training focuses on Economic and Housing Development Finance Basics.

Explore the nuts and bolts of economic and housing development finance in an intense and fast-paced course. Designed for practitioners, private lenders, elected officials, policy makers, non-profit board members and other stake holders, the course teaches both the basic tools and newest techniques used by successful development finance professionals. Specific topics include:

Economic Development Finance

Housing Development Finance
