Learn how CRA exams scrutinize bank lending, investing and bank branching in low-and-moderate-income neighborhoods and how community organizations' comments on CRA exams and merger applications can result in increases in bank financing in neighborhoods. CRA also can motivate dialogue and partnerships with banks that result in the introduction of new products and programs including foreclosure prevention initiatives. NCRC National Training Academy presentations are free for NCRC members.
