Underwriter – April 2007 * This position is based in Bethesda, MD and reports to the Director of Lending and Advisory Services.* The Underwriter will be responsible for the financial analysis and preparation of due diligence reviews for borrowers in the Calvert Foundation portfolio. * About Calvert Foundation: Calvert*Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3), is an innovative*industry leader in Community Investing, recently acclaimed by Fast Company as one of the Top 25 Groups Changing the World in 2006. About the Position: Calvert Foundation is currently seeking an Underwriter to evaluate the financial condition of borrowers and prepare due diligence reviews for our loan portfolio, which includes non-profit CDFIs, Affordable Housing Developers and Loan Funds, International Micro-Finance Institutions, and Social Enterprises. * Proposed Duties and Responsibilities:
