Default City/metro-specific bank profiles

I am the head of LISC's internal TA/strategic planning unit, and I have a
question about city specific profiles of local banking sectors. Our
Miami/Dade office is planning to do a profile of every bank serving S.
Florida, examining their ownership, CRA performance, philanthropic giving,
support for nonprofit community development corporations (CDCs), etc. The
Miami/Dade staff of LISC is looking for similarly comprehensive bank-by-bank
reports from other cities that can be used for comparative purposes (this is
less an analysis of CRA performance based on HMDA data than an analysis of
how banks are supporting--or not supporting in some cases--the nonprofit CDC
sector). Does anyone know of city/metro-specific profiles I can get to use
with the Miami LISC staff? I presume that some are probably the products of
CRA activists, others may be academic studies. Any references you might
send would be greatly appreciated.

Default City/metro-specific bank profiles

We have created a bank/thrift specific analysis methodology that takes into
account:
1. Financial performance;
2. Demographic analysis of the bank/thrift service area;
3. HMDA and CRA performance.

We developed this methodology over the past ten years. It is called the CIRM
(Serum) Index. To see an example of our analysis, visit our site at:
