Hi all,
I know of and wish to gauge the appetite for engaging a Retired person with a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from UCLA with a strong background in statistics. This person has taught at the college level, worked in private industry in the biomedical, defense, and electronics industries and has four patents. This person can provide the following services:
Analytics for business, non-profits and governments
Apply computer tools and statistics to analyze data
Internet research
Write reports and proposals
Analyze technology and do technical training
