Good morning Cindy,
I would be interested in knowing more about the default experience for CDFI originated transactions. Grassroots lending is the driving factor behind my question. We know the lending experience for Indian Country, which is largely rural lending. My office has limited experience with CDFI lenders. Is there a significant difference between mortgages in urban and rural communities?
