Position Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or other area related to development and construction; work experience may be substituted for degree as
appropriate.
* Five years experience working in real estate development, finance or commercial lending,
* Knowledge of construction industry and federally-assisted housing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, HUD,
* Knowledge of mapping software a plus
* Ability to type and operate ten key by touch.
