Capacity Building Initiative. It will be hosted by NeighborWorks America
and the Carsey Institute at the University of New Hampshire. The webinar
will be conducted live, with ample time after the presentation to answer all

This webinar will address risk rating your organizations assets and
portfolios. Internal vs. external systems will be presented and described,
from simple to complex. Assessments by business lines will also be
discussed as well as pre-loan and post-loan procedures.

Overview of Risk Assessment
Number of CDFIs doing risk assessment
Credit risk - portfolio assessment as a function of sources of capital
Pre loan versus post loan assessment methods
Steps in creating a portfolio risk assessment system
