NCB CAPITAL IMPACT HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR THE ASSISTANT TO THE
PRESIDENT/CORPORATE SECRETARY POSITION IN ITS CRYSTAL CITY OFFICE.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


The Assistant to the President will provide professional, efficient,
and reliable project management and administrative support to the
president, senior management, and 55+ staff of organizations.


The Assistant to the President will manage projects/initiatives as
assigned by the President and senior management in a timely and orderly
fashion, ensuring brand consistency. ( 50%)

Provide general administrative and technical guidance to 50+ staff of
the organization, including lending, technical assistance and
operations support. (20%)

Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in
bylaws regarding board and board committee matters, including advance
distribution of materials prior to meetings in electronic/paper format.
Communicate, correspond, and coordinate board activities including
setting agendas; preparing minutes, director compensation and meeting
logistics. ( 20 %)

Assist in setting up organizational meetings. (10%)





QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive
administrative/grant related experience. Expertise in Microsoft
Office, Lotus Notes and ConMan (contact management software), Ektron,
Adobe ConnectPro, social media web platforms. The ability to perform
complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to conduct
information researches on a variety of subjects. Records management
skills, knowledge of grant funding policies and procedures, organizing
and coordinating skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
in a diverse community. Seasoned experience in preparing reports and
proposals. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
