is a nonprofit campaign that encourages savings year round and once a year
holds America Saves Week with employers, financial institutions, non-profit
organizations, government agencies, educators and youth organizations, the
military and media outlets to help people take financial action.
America Saves Week 2010 saw:
* Participation by 1,800+ organizations across the country;
* 500,000+ people attended events, workshops, or tax sites;
* More than 2.9 million reached through PSAs, ads, media appearances;
* 26,000+ people enrolled as Savers;
* More than $110 million was pledged or added to accounts.
