I am cataloging credit enhancement or risk reduction structures such as guarantees, cash deposits, and letters of credit that have been used to facilitate lending and investment. If you have direct experience with these transactions as an issuer, beneficiary, or recipient, I would appreciate a brief description of the structure, how it was analyzed, and how it performed.
Thank you and happy holidays.

These are two reports we did for the U.S. Economic Development
Administration about a decade ago in which we created credit enhanced
structured securities for municipal infrastructure bonds and pools of
business development loans. Both structures were designed to be rated
investment grade. The reports are old, but the structures aren't.

I'd be happy to answer questions if the structures prove helpful.
Happy Holidays.
