Hello,
I am writing from City First Homes, a small nonprofit shared-appreciation
housing trust in Washington, DC (www.cfhomes.org). We are seeking Marketing
support for our program to help sell our homes. We would appreciate any
suggestions or leads for individuals or organizations with experience
selling shared-appreciation homes to moderate-income households. We hope to
hire on a continual, contract basis an individual or firm based near
Washington, DC. We are open to various structures (hiring an individual vs.
a company vs. a realtor, etc.) and are very open to your ideas.
We also have a few marketing projects that can be done remotely, so if you
are familiar with shared-appreciation marketing but are not based here, we'd
love to hear from you too.
