Hispanic Homeownership models

We are planning a conference on housing and homeownership issues for the Hispanic community in Tennessee. *I am looking for innovative models to provide homeownership opportunities for the Hispanic community, and particularly, undocumented workers. *I know of a few financial institutions that have developed alternative means to determine the creditworthiness of a potential borrower and of some nonprofits that have created revolving loan funds to provide mortgages for undocumented workers. *If anyone has any suggestions of organizations I might contact, it would be greatly appreciated.
