The Organization:

lending practices and policies.

Position Description:



The Quality Control (QC) program is designed to ensure that the quality
of loan deliveries is maintained. The QC Contractor position will be a
full time 6 month position and will be responsible for supporting the
Quality Control functions of the Secondary Market program.
Specifically, the Contractor will anaylze file review reports from a
third party provider and manage repurchase requests. Contractor will
insure all work flow benchmarks are met and provide follow-up as
applicable.



Essential Responsibilities:




- Audit QC reports from 3rd party underwriter


- Assist in quality control review process


- Manage quality control repurchase requests



Minimum Qualifications:




- Mortgage underwriting experience


- Self-starter, able to initiate and juggle multiple projects and work
independently


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills


- Ability to work well as part of a team and with a diverse group of
people


- MS Excel proficiency


- Knowledge of the current mortgage market



Desired Qualifications:



- Quality Control experience;

- Repurchase experience

- familiarity with CRA or affordable home lending - specifically FNMA's
MyCommunityMortgage product;

- appraisal review experience;

- Fannie Mae policy and guide knowledge



Physical Requirements:



Frequently requires use of manual dexterity and repetitive motions,
primarily with the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to
occasionally lift and exert force of up to 10 pounds.
