Greetings colleagues!
Our organization, the Western Massachusetts Enterprise Fund is
exploring becoming an SBA CDC and participating in the 504 program.
Since many 504 lenders are a part of this list serve I wanted to the
following questions:
1. Is the the Express program with its guarantee now up to $2 million
in project size competing with the 504 program?
2. We are considering making smaller 504 loans with project size less
than $1 million. Is there a market for these type of loans in your
service area?
3. How do you market your 504 program?
