Dear NACEDA Friends and Partners,
As fellow housing and community development advocates, the National Alliance of
Community Economic Development Associations (NACEDA) would like to invite you to
attend our upcoming 4th Annual Summit, May 24th-26th here in Washington DC. This
year's Summit will focus on practitioner-led solutions and community economic development
innovations in a changing landscape.
For the first time ever we will be offering a day-long Practitioner Symposium with
sessions on integrated government agency approaches, rebuilding local economies
and new priorities for foundations. Featured speakers at this year's event include:
Ron Sims, Deputy Secretary, HUD; Shelley Poticha, Director, Office of Sustainable
Housing and Communities, HUD;and Victor Vasquez, Deputy Under Secretary Rural Development,
USDA.
We hope that you will join us this year and support the ground-breaking and exciting
work of community development practitioners from across the country!
