New issue of Community Investments from FRBSF

Hi All,

My name's Alex Davidson and I'm in media relations here at the Federal
Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

I am writing for a couple of reasons.

First, to let you know about the new issue of Community Investments,which
explores key issues in place-based community development. You can access
the magazine here. There is also an article examining Payday lending in
California.

Second, you should know that we are now on Facebook and Twitter. These are
the two easiest ways to stay up-to-date on everything our Community
Development department is up to, including events and publications. Our
Facebook presence is here and our Twitter presence is here.

Last, I wanted to share a new FRBSF website - Crisis & Response. The site
is focused on the economy and details how the recent financial crisis
started, what the Fed did to respond and what the road ahead could look
like. It is a great resource that is constantly updated to reflect current
economic and policy decisions.
